Miguel Perez is the heart and soul of White’s having dedicated most of his life to working with art. He has been making picture frames for over 60 years and restoring art for over 25 years. In the 90’s he came to White’s and, in 2005, became the sole proprietor.
Since its founding, White’s has been located on Honolulu Avenue, the site of the historic Montrose Shopping Park, established in 1967. Nearly 200 independently owned businesses satisfy busy shoppers.
